The Premier Medical Laboratory Services leadership team participates as active board members of SCBIO, an organization that brings together the life sciences in South Carolina. SCBIO has connected Premier Medical with many opportunities to expand our impact on the healthcare industry in the state of South Carolina where we are headquartered.
As a company with several veteran employees, we are thankful for their service. We proudly sponsor the Upstate Veteran’s Alliance organization’s Upstate Salute event, an organization that, in coordination with the South Carolina Department of Veterans Affairs, is dedicated to creating stability in all aspects of the lives of the veterans and family members that they serve.
With the Meals on Wheels America organization, we deliver meals each week to those in need in the Greenville, SC area where our laboratory is headquartered. Meals on Wheels enhances the quality of life of homebound individuals by providing nutritious meals, personal contact and related services.
We are proud sponsors of the American Cancer Society’s annual Shuck Cancer fundraising event. The American Cancer Society funds lifesaving research & helps cancer patients get the support they need.
We have proudly sponsored the annual Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Gala and partnered with JDRF and the Greenville Triumph Soccer Team to host an annual soccer clinic for children with Type 1 Diabetes and their families.
During the summer of 2021, we donated thousands of COVID-19 testing kits to children’s diabetes summer camps across the nation through the Diabetes Education & Camping Association.
The Man and Woman of the year Grand Finale event, a program which raises funds to support blood cancer research among a group of motivated and dedicated individuals in communities across the United States. Candidates form powerful fundraising teams and compete in honor of two local children who are blood cancer survivors.
We are a proud sponsor of and participants in the American Heart Association’s annual Heart Walk.
We partnered with Clemson University’s REDDI Lab to conduct Next Generation Sequencing research and variant tracking. Through this partnership, we identified one of the first omicron variants in South Carolina.
We are the official testing partner of the Greenville Triumph Soccer Club, a professional soccer team located in Greenville, South Carolina.
The United Soccer League is a professional soccer league with teams throughout the US. We have served as the official testing partner of the USL for teams across the nation, keeping their players healthy and on the field.
Our CEO is a Citadel graduate and a former player for the Citadel Bulldogs soccer team. We sponsored the 2021 Citadel Athletic Hall of Fame dinner which honors exemplary athletes who have played for the military college.
