Women’s Health & Fitness Day is Wednesday, September 28, celebrating healthy lifestyles for women of all ages. It is a national holiday taking place every year on the last Wednesday of September.
The Greenville Liberty Soccer Club, Serenity Med Spa, and Premier Medical Laboratory Services (PMLS) have joined together in celebration of the holiday to promote an active lifestyle, self-care, and overall women’s health with giveaways including massages, spa products, facials, tee shirts, and items from the Greenville Liberty Soccer Club.
We are the official testing partner of the Greenville Liberty and the Greenville Triumph Soccer Clubs. On Women’s Health & Fitness Day, Premier Medical Laboratory Services, alongside our partners, is committed to supporting women’s health and fitness goals using fast and accurate results with our comprehensive MDGeneticPro Women’s Health test.

Winners will be announced during Serenity Med Spa’s Annual Open House on September 29.
Two entrants will be randomly selected to win spa treatments, tee shirts, and items from the Greenville Liberty Soccer Club.
All participants will be entered into Serenity Med Spa’s Open House drawing for giveaways totaling over $4500 in med spa treatments.
